After reading some the escapades here, I realize that going to an elite university while being relatively unrich, not believing in debt, and having the draft and Vietnam as a forcing function saved me from unimaginable trauma.- B52G8rAC

Never overindulged purposefully with adult beverages. As a freshman, pledging a fraternity, I drank a least one too many sloe gin and cokes. Never to be sick on alcohol again, I'll tell you that. Dang, I just remembered the smell and the mess. Good thread.- B52G8rAC
