    I don't know about him throwing games, but it does seem to me that either a) his interpreter really did steal millions from him, completely unbeknownst to Ohtani, or b) Ohtani was giving his money to the interpreter to place the bets for him. I'm willing to bet that it is b.

    I think this is right. If you wanted to play college football at your dream school, you committed to Florida. If you wanted to play in the NFL, you committed to Alabama.
