Napier is going all-in on his plan and process. It either works or it won't. One thing from that interview seems clear to me. Everyone there from the players, to support staff, to the UAA are all-in as well, and they all think the ship is moving towards the right direction and much further...
I don't know why so many coaches struggle to learn from their mistakes. I always assumed inflated egos, and maybe that's it. Napier seemed more humble than that when he was hired, but I agree with you. He hasn't done anything for us to believe he's any different. He's mainly just been all talk...
Either Napier will call plays for both teams or Callaway will call the blue and Sale the orange. If the co-OCs are calling the plays, then this game just got more interesting imo. If the blue team scores a lot of points, then perhaps that will increase the pressure for Napier to give up play...
I had heard that Russellville had the best view in the country with the longest time. You picked a great spot. My parents are going to Iceland this August for a week. I bet it would be incredible to see a total there.
Saw it on a ranch outside of town in central Arkansas. Even though the forecast last week said it would be raining, there was hardly a cloud in the sky.
The eclipse was more beautiful than I imagined. Pictures don't do it justice. I felt like I was in a Sci-fi movie.
Nice. I've actually never been there, but I've been several places around that area. That part of the state is really pretty. I hope the weather is good for you and your crew.
Where in AR?
We'll have 100% coverage for 3 min where I live. Schools are cancelled for the day because we're expecting tons of visitors. Traffic, especially during pickup times, would be ridiculous.
I've thought about this a lot. I'm sure the spread would be large just because it's a D2 school, but I'd pick Harding to cover. An average-ish SEC offense would be almost unstoppable at the D2 level. But I do think Harding would have some success with the run and would milk a lot of clock just...
@Homer J and @aka I actually work there. I wasn't going to say anything because I didn't think anyone here cared about D2 football or had heard of the university. Watching Harding demoralize teams and win a national championship definitely offset the frustration I felt watching UF games.
